These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Equity Atlas website at equityatlas.us (the “Site”), operated by MNTX (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or joining our waitlist, you agree to these Terms.
Equity Atlas is in pre-launch. The Site currently lets you join a waitlist by providing your email address. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the product, a specific launch date, or any particular features. The product, its availability, and its pricing may change before launch or may not launch at all.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, or submit information that is not your own. You must provide a valid email address that belongs to you.
By joining the waitlist, you agree that we may email you about Equity Atlas, including launch updates and related announcements. You can opt out at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email or by contacting us.
The Site, including its name, logo, text, and design, is owned by MNTX and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse it without our permission.
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MNTX will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or participation in the waitlist.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the “Last updated” date will reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
